Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Standard Items: You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, the return/exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving it.
- Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns. They are eligible for exchange only.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we can only offer an exchange or store credit—no cash refunds.
- Photo Proof: For every return/exchange, clear pictures showing the product with tags intact are mandatory to verify the condition of the item.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Online Process: Log in to your Perfetite account, go to the ‘Order’ tab, and follow the steps to initiate your return/exchange.
- Email Support: If you experience any issues while using our website, email us at support@perfetite.com to start the process.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item from Perfetite?
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- For COD items, store credit will be available within 2-3 working days
